Runners are one of the most diverse groups of athletes. Each runner’s motivation is varied. Some run to improve mental and physical health, while others work to set personal records or qualify for The Boston Marathon. 

All runners experience physical setbacks training due to common aches and pains from exercise-induced inflammation – or even more serious soft tissue issues like sprains, shin splints and joint pain from injury. No runner wants to be sidelined and miss out training especially when trying to be ready for an event.
