Step 1

Fold the first strip lengthwise. Carefully cut two evenly spaced semicircles along the folded edge to create openings for your fingers, as illustrated.

Step 2

Insert your ring and middle fingers through the two openings, similar to putting on a glove. With your wrist gently extended approximately 15 degrees, position the tape along the palm and inner wrist.

Step 3

Turn your hand over and gently bend your wrist downward, as illustrated. Smooth the remaining length of the first strip along the back of your hand and across the wrist.

Step 4

Apply a second, shorter strip across the wrist, perpendicular to the first strip. Trim to fit, leaving a small gap between the ends to avoid creating a tight, restrictive wrap.

NOTE: For hard-to-reach areas, ask someone to assist with application to ensure proper tape placement.

If the tape increases numbness, tingling, pain, or causes changes in finger color or temperature, remove it promptly and seek medical advice.
