|Step 1||Stretch the arm by slightly bending the wrist forward from the elbow and shoulder. Apply one strip of tape from the top side of the arm from the wrist to the elbow.|
||Step 2||Stretch the arm by slightly bending the wrist backward from the elbow and shoulder. Apply one strip of tape from the under side of the wrist to the elbow.|
|Wrap the third strip of tape around the arm from the wrist, trimming the tape to length – allowing a small gap between ends on the underside of the wrist to avoid overlap and restriction of circulation.|
NOTE: For some hard to reach areas of the body, working with a partner to apply tape will insure more effective application.
