|Step 1||Sit with leg in front of you and foot flexed. Anchor a strip of tape to the top of the foot about 2 inches above the big toe.|
||Step 2||Measure to just below the outside of the knee. Point toes, pressing tape to shin until flat.|
|Add additional strips across the width of shin, targeting pain points. Tape can be cut in half for better fit, and to avoid overlap.|
NOTE: For some hard to reach areas of the body, working with a partner to apply tape will insure more effective application.
