|Step 1||Lay face up with your hip slightly extended.|
||Step 2||Apply the first strip of tape to just inside the hip bone, along your abdomen downward to the top of the thigh with a slight stretch across the hip.|
|Repeat this process with a second strip of tape, running along the side of the first strip of tape for full coverage.|
NOTE: For some hard to reach areas of the body, working with a partner to apply tape will insure more effective application.
