|Step 1||Lift arm upward in external rotation stretching the muscles.|
||Step 2||Apply a single strip of tape from the front of the shoulder, and wrap down to just above the nipple with tension.|
|Anchor a second strip of tape at the front of the shoulder, and wrap down to just below the nipple, curving slightly inward.|
|When the arm is lowered the second strip of tape will wrinkle slightly.|
NOTE: For some hard to reach areas of the body, working with a partner to apply tape will insure more effective application.
